The 1 on 1 Reset & Balance session is a deeper, more comprehensive 1-on-1 Healz Method experience designed for individuals dealing with ongoing mental fatigue, emotional overload, nervous system imbalance, or feeling stuck in long-standing patterns.
This session allows more time for assessment, regulation, and integration, making it ideal for clients who want more than a quick reset and are ready for meaningful internal recalibration.
The session begins with an expanded diagnostic and receptivity check to understand how your nervous system, senses, and internal balance are presenting that day. This helps guide the session flow and ensures the work is responsive, not generic. Vibrational tools and balance indicators are used at the beginning and revisited later to observe shifts and changes during the session.

The 60-Minute Reset & Balance allows more time for deeper reflection, integration, and personalized guidance.Common types of remote energy healing include Reiki, Quantum Touch, ThetaHealing, and Pranic Healing, among others.
4. Will I be in control during hypnosis?
Yes. The hypnosis used in these sessions is a focused, aware state similar to deep meditation or creative flow.
You remain present, aware, and in control throughout the session.
